Our version of a red eye espresso, a cup of coffee with a shot of espresso. A micro lot from the Chiapas region of Mexico is this unique coffees base, which is then blended with a bold espresso roast to create a coffee experience that is as unique as it is satisfying.

I am not a fan of coffee that has stong tasting notes, but thus is the best darn coffee i gave had in years. Thought the chocolate taste would be a turn off, not so. Makes my morning.
This is an amazingly smooth dark roast coffee. Flavorful, deep but mellow with no bitterness. I am surprised at how easy this dark roast is to enjoy.
Red Eye is by far the best dark roast coffee I have ever tasted. I love my coffee black and sometimes, a dark roast can be too overpowering. This is the perfect kick of caffeine with a smooth finish!
If you're looking for something bold and smooth, this is it. Over the years I have tried various bold coffees from all over (major brand and local roasters) and I often found bolder coffees were bitter, coated my tongue and throat, and left a strong after taste, leaving me to go back to a medium or light roast as I enjoy my coffee black. Red Eye from Golden Valley Farms hits the palate smooth, no bite on the sides of my tongue and just a slight coating to the back of my tongue but it doesn't stay long and does not leave a bad aftertaste. I really enjoy this coffee and hope to see this one stay around.
